🏠 KIDDY ACADEMY WAVERTREE 🏠 community walk 🚶🏼♂️🚶🏽♀️ our story of the month is ‘the 3 little pigs’ we have been looking at and talking about different types of homes! Today our toddler and preschool children went on their community walk to the smallest house in Liverpool 🤗 thank you to our volunteers for helping us on our walk 🥰
🥕 KIDDY ACADEMY WAVERTREE 🥕our baby room enjoyed getting messy while digging out the carrots they have grown, our babies showed lots of interest investigating by touching, smelling, looking and even trying to have a little taste 🙈😂 we then done some mark making using our carrots as our tools and dipping them in paint 🎨
🌟KIDDY ACADEMY WAVERTREE🌟 our preschool children have had a busy day today, washing cars in our car wash, using rods to fish, making the most delicious play doh birthday cakes and also reading stories to their friends! 🤩 xxx
Hi Everyone,
Yesterday our Baby Town children really enjoyed using various mark making tools in some shaving foam.
They were able to practise using a palm grasp on mark making equipment and using their whole bodies to explore some new textures. The staff enhanced the activity by introducing new vocabulary and new experiences for them using the shaving foam on the floor in their room to help strengthen their core muscles and work on their balance by encouraging them to reach across the floor.
They ended up very messy but really enjoyed themselves.
