About Us

We are a family run business of mum Rita and daughters Kelly and Jill who between us have an extensive childcare background with qualifications that support the delivery and management of early years education and care, midwifery, early years professional status and teaching within the early years sector. 

In 2008 It was time to put all our experiences, aspirations, and ideas into our new business venture “Kiddy Academy Day nursery” This became ‘The vision’

Driven by a commitment to quality care and the belief in treating every child as our own, Kiddy Academy was born in 2008 in Old Swan, Liverpool. It wasn’t just about running a business; it was about creating a place where children thrive. 

Lots of hard work juggling family life and shaping our childcare model to fit parent’s needs, and 2 years later we decided to grow.. 

The expansion continued with Kiddy Academy Huntscross in 2010 and Kiddy Academy Wavertree in 2013. Each step was fuelled by our desire to offer a space where families find comfort, where little ones flourish, and where parents regain that precious work-life balance. 

Kiddy Academy Day Nursery is managed by a dedicated team. The staff have been carefully selected for their qualifications, experience and motivation to ensure continuity of care providing security and stability throughout every child’s development. 

All our nurseries have CCTV door entry systems to ensure our children and premises are safe and secure at all times. 

Today, we still embrace ‘challenges’ to keep our day nurseries not just places of care & education;
