Funding Information

In England, there are government funding programmes that can help your child join in our fun at Kiddy Academy Nurseries, for less. This means, you can claim either 15 or 30 funded hours per week, depending on your circumstances. 

How it works? 

Government funding is available for 38 weeks of term time throughout the year. Our funding packages we offer are also stretched and offered over the 52 weeks of the year.  

Depending on your agreed childcare plan you will still receive a weekly charge even when claiming funding. 

This will be a combination of: 

• Additional hours that your child attends each week. 

• Additional service charges 

If your child is from a family with additional support, you may be eligible for a fully funded space, please speak to the Nursery Manager to discuss this further. 

When will my child become eligible? 

Children become eligible for age-specific funding in the term following their relevant birthday (or month, in the case of new funding for 9 month olds). 

Term start dates are typically 1st January, 1st April and 1st September each year.
